Promote Your Hotel’s Services
TravelButton puts your hotel’s services into the hands of your guests. When your hotel subscribes to TravelButton, we populate the program’s Hotel Services module with your property specific offerings. Once activated, dining menus, specials, group management and other hotel services you wish to offer become available to your guests via their TravelButton enabled smart phone.
Turning On Travel Button
After check-in, TravelButton users simply open the app on their phones and enter their name or room number. When guests check-out or change rooms, they are automatically disconnected from the previous room.
Using TravelButton
Once activated, your guests can easily access TravelButton features through the simple graphic interface. They can activate your hotel’s services by touching any of the standard hotel icons for Wake Up, Room Service, Front Desk and more. When a staff member calls their hotel room, the room phone and smart phone will ring simultaneously, so they will never miss a call. All other phone functions on their smart phone remain unchanged. Plus, calls from guests placed with the TravelButton app indicate names and room numbers, so you can answer their calls by name.
Digital Concierge
TravelButton also includes additional conveniences not usually provided on guest room phones, such as the ‘Nearby’ feature. A touch of the Nearby icon allows your guests to locate points of interest, as well as coffee shops, pharmacies and shopping sites within your local area.
